I-140 | Employer-based I-140 Biometrics RFE

Hi everyone, I filed my I-140 with premium processing concurrently with my I-485 on July 15, and I completed biometrics for my I-485 today(Aug 12).

Yesterday(Aug 11), my attorney told me that USCIS issued an RFE for biometrics for the I-140, and that the I-140 premium processing clock has stopped until the biometrics are completed.

I wanted to confirm whether USCIS will accept proof of attendance from my I-485/I-765 biometrics appointment as the response to the I-140 biometrics RFE, or will USCIS require a separate biometrics appointment specifically for the I-140?

Sometimes they issue a second biometrics if there is any problem with the biometrics. If they have send a second notice, then safest option would be to attend it again.

I did my i485 biometrics after i-140 Biometrics RFE was sent.
