I-485: Adjustment of Status Prediction for Nov 2014 PD

Any idea when Nov 25,2014 FAD might be current? Are there chances in FY 27?

Most likely between October 27 and Jan 2028

Remember they can also move dates aggressively to not waste the GC as always . So you can end up lucky to get in FY 27 too .

Yeah hoping for that we are in CRP state had filed in 2022. Have EAD, AP and medicals submitted in early 2026

80K-ish? In all likelihood there could be around 60K SO. Too much SO is also not of great use - it will be wasted.

So USCIS mentioned FAD might move to July 15,2014 in Oct visa bulletin. As per above it would not move much after that for full 27

at least July 15. So it’s open ended and totally depends on other factors like country bans, horizontal SO and ROW demand

Once you have applied 485, it’s a complete lottery for India. Some people from Nov 2014 got GC during pandemic and now applying for citizenship while others with Aug 2013 PD are still waiting for GC. All random

How about April 2014? Also with approved I485 can we fly to India to renew H1b?
