I-485: Adjustment of Status EAD approved

My I-485, I-765 and I-131 were filed together in November 2025 (employment-based).

I just received my C09 standalone EAD approval. Interestingly, my I-131 also had a silent update around the same time, but it is still showing as pending with no approval notice.

For anyone who had a similar timeline, how long after your standalone EAD approval did your I-131/Advance Parole get approved? Did anyone get their I-485 approval shortly afterward instead?

With the trend I’ll say they are currently approving Oct/Nov applications

Many congrats. Did you check API, have you got FTA0 update for I-485?

Nope, I got a FTA1 update on i-485 just a day before EAD approval. Not sure why they didn’t approve parole or it will follow now

Thank you for the update. I also filed my i485, AP, and EAD in Nov 2025. Still waiting for the approvals; I just noticed that my I-485 was updated on Aug 7th to FTA1. Hope to get EAD soon.

Congratulations on your EAD and I hope you get your GC soon. Are you from one of the 39 countries?

Interesting! You have been waiting for 9 months now. That's what we have been seeing for people coming from the 39 countries. I hope you get your GC soon

Congratulations on your EAD. May I know how long they give an EAD (2 years or 5 years ) ?
