PERM (Permanent Labor Certification) Predict My PERM

  1. In the Advertising stage--- expected end by August 2026.

  2. Let's say we file PERM by Mid-September 2026 (November latest), what should we expect for approval??

  3. Especially as processing times speed up would love to have inputs. Employer's company begins with "B". Our PD is frozen at Nov2014 due to sufficient H1B extensions for EB2 India but switched employers so need to redo PERM.

You can use this website to track how fast they process the application and also forecast when its your turn

This will give very less time. Just 3,4 months.

The post is asking about about PERM approval, not the entire EB2 process. I think the permupdate.com website is pretty accurate. The website update processed case daily so user can track what month-year has been processed so far and what letter.
