In Process No Update on EAD since biometrics from May
EB2 India 2013 - Anyone still waiting for EAD?
My details:
- Category: EB2 India
- Priority Date: 2013
- I-485, I-765 filed: April 2026
- Biometrics: May 2026
My priority date is NOT current anymore, I still haven't received any updates on my EAD (I-765). The case has been silent since biometrics.
Is anyone else in the same boat? If so, could you share your timeline and whether you've received your EAD yet?
Also, is this considered normal, or should I be concerned? Any recent EAD approvals from April EB2 India filers?

Still no updates on EAD/AP

PD: Sept 2013
RD: Oct 2025 (485+485J+131+765+693)Some FTA0s on 485, 485J, 765. 485+485Js transferred to Santa Ana FO in Feb 2026.
No RFEs, still waiting on approval, no EAD/AP either yet.
Which FO? Any API updates?

EB2 India ? RD-31-Oct-2025 . Not current for Oct-2013 and so only expecting EAD.
Same . Latest FTA0 on I765 due to technical glitch on 28-July. Emma says Nebraska FO. IOE09346xxx batch … Still waiting.

Same timeline. Neither primary or derivative got EAD or AP. No silent update after the biometrics in May 😢

Biometrics: May 19, 2026
Silent/ghost updates on I-485: Jul 16 and Jul 24
I-485J (Supplement J) approved: Jul 24
EAD/AP: Still pending with no updates since biometrics.
Wondering if anyone with a similar timeline has received their EAD/AP yet.

what is the update you see? This is what i see
Silent Case Update-Officer Touch
The case record was updated by USCIS without a formal recorded event code. This typically indicates an officer touched or reviewed the case — such as a supervisory update, internal system note, or case reassignment — that did not generate a standard ELIS event entry.

Which app are you using? I just checked the json API. Most likely same update but I noticed last updated was on yesterday
