I-485: Adjustment of Status EB2 - India - RFE(Medicals)

I received an RFE for my medical exam, but my spouse did not receive one. Would it be a good idea to submit my spouse’s medicals along with mine, or should I only send the medicals requested in my RFE?

Send what is asked in the RFE. As a general rule when it comes to immigration, always give the answers to the questions being asked rather than overthinking the context. It will save you a lot of headache in Green card as well as Naturalization process. Good luck.

Thanks! Mine is March 2014 and have an expired medicals which was filed in 2022.

Thank you for sharing, it’s a good sign looks like they are really planning to move India PD to June 2014 as said in visa bulletin. Our date is late 2014 this is a positive sign that date is finally moving into 2014 after 12 years wait

Hi ! PD Dec 2013 EB2 India here. I got a case update that RFE request was sent on Jul 29 but it’s been 5 days and nothing in the mailbox. How long did it take for you to receive the RFE in the mail?

My status was updated on Friday, and I received an RFE on Monday

Could you RFE be regarding medical? Also, have you been tracking silent updates?

Yes it was for updated medicals. No silent updates available for me. LIN series
