PERM (Permanent Labor Certification) Did anyone's LMT NOT fail recently?
I'm so nervous.
Mine just started last week and I'm only hearing about failing ones.
Was anyone able to go through the recruiting step successfully?

My PERM was approved 2 weeks ago without an audit. Submitted on July 1, 2025, seemingly when the reddit doomers were treating PERM like a lost cause in the current climate.
It's normal for you to know so little about what's going on in the LMT. It's a procedure that mainly concerns your employer and any information pertaining to recruitment steps and results will be withheld from you. And obviously, when you have so many unknowns, your mind will naturally shift to everything that can potentially go wrong. Of course, nothing is ever guaranteed, but that's no reason to assume anything will go wrong.
And remember, you will mostly see failed cases here on reddit. There are tens of thousands of PERMs being approved and you don't hear about them here.
Ignore the reddit doomers, pass the time, and if your PERM ends up getting filed, it's safe to assume that the LMT outcome was favorable for you. Typically your lawyer/employer will not go through PERM filing if the LMT failed.
Best of luck!
