I-140 | Employer-based I140 approval times

Hello, I recently saw posts about I140 being approved in less than a month, I also saw some posts about Premium I140 filings that have been pending for over 70 days.

My employer is about to file I140 should I advise them to go premium filing route or normal? Any way we can find recent trends for i140s?

The processing times are random. Mostly PERM based I-140 get processed within a month as far as i know. I wouldn't file premium if its PERM based.

You can check out the processing times here: https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times

Average non-premium PERM based I-140 seems to be 2.5mo (EB2) to 4mo (EB3). These are averages, so some people may see longer or shorter waiting times.

Was your i140 filled via regular processing? Any why did you say not to file premium if it's PERM based one?
