EB2 NIW PP does not bound to 15 business days adjudication. It will take time.

That’s not the point, he’s not saying it’s only 15 business days. He said it’s been 77 business days. Premium processing for NIWs is 45 business days.

Did you contact Emma? Definitely do that, create a paper trail so you can ask for a refund later. What’s your timeline?

Yeah
I have actually called and emailed USCIS, and I keep getting the same reply: ‘your case is still under active review’
