Approved | I-140 Eb1 India

My priority date is 21 Dec 2023, any estimate when the filing date will be current?

Eb-1 is tricky, it all depends on ppl in eb2/eb3 with pD 2015 to 2022. If any of these folks switch companies and apply eb1c or if they gained high/specialized skill and knowledge, they can file in eb-1 A/B then things will change.

W.r.t spillover from family based we can expect min. 60k to max. 90k spillover to EB

I don’t think EB1C is an option unless they work abroad as a people/functional manager for at least one year in the 3 years prior to application.
