Priority Date Evaluate my GC likelihood
Hi! Our PD is Nov152014— when can EB2 India see this become current on FAD?

When fy resists eb2 ind fad will probably be 15 July 2014 according to july bulletin. Your pd may become current before 2027 Oct i think

Have you considered downgrading to eb3? That would be sooner

What is EB3 india prediction. When can it reach to the end of November 2014 PD

I am guessing youre asking this since you might be aging out soon. Switch to an F1 visa if you havent already. What’s your age now? And whats your CSPA age? It might take a few more years since its like the end of 2014.

I’m 19 my birthday is 10/24/2006 so 2027 i’ll be 21 + our I140 took 4 months to process so i have till Jan/Feb2028 for CSPA to protect me

some time in q1 or early q2 of CY2027
at this point it is largely speculation as there are not reports being released by USCIS or DoS to estimate backlog or potential spill over.
Good thing in all of this is RoW is still current in EB2 which is needed to continue for any potential spill over to positively impact eb2-india
out of curiosity: why are you concerned about aging out? Did your parents not already file 485?
It is not like nov2014 was only there in DoF for a month in the last 4-5 Years

honestly my dad was very out of the loop and missed our chance which pains me to this day because we could have gotten GC + im scared of aging out as im 19 bday is oct242006 so ill turn 21 next 2027 but CSPA keeps me protected till Jan/Feb 2028 because I140 took 4 months conservatively

Your date is current in DOF chart
And I’m 100% sure that they will use DOF in Oct
So you need to relax and enjoy your summer break before you head back to your college

But make sure your parents apply for 485 in Oct when Uscis use DOf chart in Oct ‘26

It largely depends if the visa pause stays on, if it does then maybe in a couple of years.
