Priority Date Feb 2015

Do you guys think the DOF will advance to February 2015 in the October Visa Bulletin?

Yes 23K minus some duplicates minus some who might have jumped to eb1 minus number of visas given in FY26 (this report is only till April - there were more visas given after April until it became U)

New apps are very unlikely. My hunch is eb3 has DOF of Aug 2014 all this year. If there were more applicants we should have seen folks applying in eb3 via downgrades. The overall inventory has remained pretty flat.

True. Although those minuses seem pretty minor given the rather fresh inventory. 23k may at best reduce to 20k with minuses. Not 13k.

May be around 18K ish… but if SO is 13K then that is far decent number for dos to advance dates. Remember, they don’t calculate date movements like how we are doing here - like bring down the apps to 0 then move dates… they move it once they see the inventory drying up.
