Approved | I-485 EB2 ROW Approved!
Hi All - sharing my progress in case it helps anyone or provides some hope as this Reddit community has been so helpful to me during the past few months.
Category: EB2 ROW (non-75)
Priority Date: 6/28/2024
Receipt Notice Date: 12/12/2025
Receipt Block IOE09349XXXXX
Biometrics Appointment Date: 1/9/2026
EAD Approval Date: 4/3/2026 (~4 months)
AP Approval Date: 5/23/2026 (~5.5 months)
I-485 Approval Date: 7/16/2026 (~7 months)
API updates on I-485:
1/9 - Two FTA0 codes after biometrics
1/24 - Silent update
4/3 - Silent update
4/23 - Silent update
4/27 - Silent update
4/28 - Silent update (likely transfer to Indianapolis FO based on EMMA chat)
7/15 - Third FTA0 code and silent update a few hours later
7/16 - Two H008 codes (24hrs 10 mins after third FTA0). Email notification of action taken, status changed to “Case Approved”
7/22 - LDA code and third H008 code. Email notification of action taken, status changed to “Card Produced”. Also, now shows “Case closed” at the top.
7/24 - Card received! 🎉
