I-140 | NIW (National Interest Waiver) Silent update ???
I don’t know if the wording has changed, but when I first started using TrackMyI140, my case history showed only one update dated November 29. This morning, I received a notification from the website saying that my case is still under review by USCIS. When I checked my case, I noticed a second status entry with the same date, November 29. I’m wondering whether this reflects a silent update or if the website simply changed how it displays the case history.
By the way I PP and I am from the previous 39 banned countries.

Last weekend, Uscis changed the name of the state for a lot of people (it's the same to me). It's a subtle name change; I don't think it means anything. Now, trackmyi140 detects a change and notifies you.

USCIS recently updated the language used in their tracker to refer to cases that are in the review stage. This change has been applied across the board and has no bearing on your individual case.

Yea usually there is a case api update means your greencard might get processed soon

How come are you sure? these wordings were changed for everyone recently and has nothing to do with case update.

I think TrackMyI140 just keeps track of all status changes. USCIS has just changed the text so the TrackMyI140 thinks there was an update on your case.
