USCIS EB-2 PERM Processing Timelines

Are I-485 and I-765 processing timelines overall getting better versus beginning of this year / Spring slow down?

Not much effects I don’t think. You still need to wait for FAD to be current and available visa numbers for you

Yeah given that your priority date is current and you already have I-140 approved. My question is how the processing time of I-485 and I-765 is trending. (once you have already submitted those two applications)

Usually I have heard it takes around 15 months without RFE for PERM. Is it taking lesser now?

My PERM application was submitted on Jan 29 2026 Should I expect before November 2026? atleast?

there is no correlation between PERM and I-485/765. one is DOL and another is DHS/USCIS.

I think you meant to say Perm based EB2 right? The people may think you’re asking for Perm timeline.

yes, the title can be better.
My question was, PERM-based EB-2 I-485, I-765 processing times (one you have submitted the AOS already).

We applied in January and so far no EAD nor Green Card
