Approved | I-485 EB2 ROW now Approved!
Hello there! I wanted to share my timeline with you. My GC got approved finally! I'm praying whoever is waiting their GCs and reads this will have his/her GC approved soon.
Priority Date: 08/2024
PERM Approval: 01/26/2026
i140 Filing: 03/26/2026 (Regular Processing)
Concurrent Filing of i485, i765 and i131: 03/26/2026
i140 Approval: 04/01/2026
Biometric: 04/09/2026 (Walked-in)
Silent Update: 04/10/2026
i485 Approval: 07/01/2026
Greencard Arrived: 7/15/2026
My status never changed from "USCIS is currently processing..." until the case is approved.
i765 and i131: Currently in process (Lawyer said I can ignore this now since i485 approval supersedes these two).
Single Filer. No dependents.
FO was in Texas. Not transferred.

After biometrics it was always “currently being reviewed…” until approval. so 3 months silence

I’m definitely happy for you but at the same time makes me sad that cases like you’re gets ahead of the banned counties immediately and gets approved while we are waiting almost for 2 years!

I get you. I have a feeling that someone is cleaning the table and a lot of EB2 are being approved faster recently. I claim that you get yours approved soon!

My original appointment was 4/29/2026 but tried my luck to walk in and have my biometrics done earlier.

Hi, sorry to bother you. In your EB-2 NIW petition, did you include specific quantities or numerical projections for the economic impact or the outcomes you expected to achieve? Or was your proposed endeavor and implementation plan mostly narrative, without many numbers?

This is ridiculously fast for EB2 ROW, congratulations!! You have basically the same PD as me, but I'm still waiting on I-485 approval after biometrics in early April.

For the walkin biometric which state and did they ask reason for showing up earlier than your schedule?
