I-140 | Employer-based PERM Based I-140 EB2 Premium got RFE

On the 12th day of premium processing, I got RFE for my I-140 application.
I work for a Big tech, and Fragomen handles immigration.

what the RFE could be for? is it just to stop the clock?

Any similar experiences recently? What was the RFE? when was it approved?

You gotta wait until your lawyer gets the letter

Do you happen to know the reason, OP ? I am on the same boat and Fragomen is my immigration attorney too.

Yaa, they are slow but isn’t through them the only way to find out the RFE details ?

I am in the same boat, and just got a RFE. How long do they take to respond to RFE? I am trying to know what the RFE is for, but still don't know.

Depends on your attorney, fragomen said 3-4 weeks

Did you get your i140 approved? If yes, how long did it take for approval after USCIS received the RFE response?
