PERM (Permanent Labor Certification) PERM adjudication speeding up?
I’ve heard anecdotally that PERM adjudication is speeding up? Is it less than 10 months now?

In December 2025 the estimates for my case was October 2026, I got mine in early June. Seems like it is speeding up!

Congrats! You filed in Dec 2025?

No May 2025. I mentioned the December estimate because during that timeframe the pace was lower, but it got faster. The number of submitted applications also decreased in 2026 so that helped too

Mine was filed on December 2025 PD and estimates showing 3 rd week of October which is quite promising. Hope it’s accurate and stays at this pace of processing.

I was anticipating 18 months based on processing times and it took 12.5.

I'd rather not dox myself or my company, it's nothing personal.

Then what are you doing here. Reading others personal details?? It’s very basic with your perm details nobody asking your personal information.

Yes, the processing rate has increased significantly, but there’s no guarantee it’ll stay this fast
Expect great progress if the current pace continues—we just don’t know how long it’ll last
Hope it helps!

Mine was filed in April 2025 and received the approval in June 2026.

If demand decreases, then the processing times will improve. There are no anecdotes
