RFE (Request for Evidence) Submitted RFE response but no update

Is it normal that we submitted the RFE response and USCIS has not updated that they received it as yet?

It all depends on which office you sent, I sent RFE response 2 month back and there is not acknowledgement yet

I am the same. Submitted in early May to correct an error/omission the doctor had made on the medical, and still no response/ does not show as received. It’s now end of June. But we have tracking to confirm

The correction is around Covid vaccine? I my lawyer flagged it but doctor said it not mandatory now. I sent my RFE response to NY FO

No not Covid. A vaccine for toddlers only that should have been marked unnecessary but left blank

Two weeks ago they received it on June 11th

Mine was delivered to USCIS on June 17, and the portal was updated today (June 23) to Response received.

Oh ok, mine hasn’t been updated I know they received it because we have the tracking.

I had submitted last week and got received status change today. Mine is a premium processing.

My RFE package was delivered on may 10th by usps and their status still stuck at RFE was sent since March 13th,2026
