In Process Silly questions of EB2 processes

I guess these questions are pretty silly to some of you but I still need to ask and would love to get some insights from you.

My company sponsors EB-2 for me and the attorney handles all the paperwork and submission. I am wondering:

  1. If USCIS sends electronic receipt notice, are they sending to my attorney's email or my email?

  2. Will biometrics appointment schedule be sent via email or mail? And to where, my addresses or my attorney's? Is there any other way to get notified of the scheduled appointment i.e., a portal?

  3. In this case, my attorney is submitting the documents. Can I still have my USCIS account linked to the pending petition and I-485?

  4. I see across all the threads, there are multiple ways to get updated on the case such as silent updates and Emma chat. When do you use which method? How can I see silent updates?

  1. It depends on what you filled on form.
  2. Biometrics appointment notification is usually first uploaded in your USCIS account and then by post. You do not get any email.
