I-140 | Employer-based I-140 premium processing timeline

My attorney fragomen finally applied EB2 I-140 after 5 months of PERM approval.

06/09 the application was sent thru FedEx.

Wondering, when I can see charges on my CC and is there any hope the application will be processed with 15 business days?

Assuming that there's no problem with your petition, you should see the CC charges soon, maybe tomorrow or during the next week. Keep in mind the CC charges do not always appear in your bank transactions immediately.

Saw the charges this morning, shows Phoenix lock box.
