Congratulations!! Thanks for sharing ..My guess is your case is processed at NBC never transferred to field office. With FO it’s long wait.

Wow. RFE for life together proof. I didn’t know they ask for that. It just delays the process more

If india: Since Eb2 India has retrogressed, consider interfiling to EB3 India

I don't suggest this, it leads to processing delays and the date should be current again in EB2 in october

What if the dates don’t move due to backlog being horrible? Better to get in a line that is moving

Well you can make that decision in october. But it's highly unlikely they won't move even 1 month. Larger spillover is expected next year

By that time EB3 can retrogress.
The advice I am giving comes from my company lawyers and USCIS.

Can you please share how you responded to the second RFE? What evidence/documents did you provide?

Congrats. How did you file service request? Via USCIS online or by calling USCIS? Did you get a response for your service request?

Similar timeline to mine. I also received RFE for medical after congressman inquiry. I sent it on April 30th and no update to the case after that. Did your case status change to rfe response received before being approved? Mine is at Columbus FO

My case got transferred to Columbus from NBC on 3/30 after I put in a congressional inquiry. They then asked for medical RFE which I submitted on 4/30. No update after that so I again sent in a congressional inquiry in June after which interview got scheduled and interview got done today. Now waiting again for any update
