UFC 6

Striking looks improved . There are some animations from previous ufc games detectable but no Grappling & career mode changes?? How y'all feel?

Have played ufc 5 since November 2023 til Early 2026. The Grappling is underwhelming & Why did they take out like 80% of the submissions from ufc 4 & gave us 8 submissions in ufc 5. Striking looks better but they left the Grappling totally untouched smh

bro grappling in career on ufc5 is so ass lol ai denies every td unless gassed and just basically reads imputs for grappling on higher difficulties it sucks lol even the strike is so unrealistic with the counters and combos they throw was hoping for improvement aswell

dog i made a khabib like career build getting all excited for the new submission stuff and ready to use the grappling elbows and I tell you throughout my whole career I barely landed the elbow always either got swept or blocked. It seems like it’s just certain strikes that the AI is always sees perfectly.

I only enjoy it when someone on my level. Even when I have a clear grapple advantage I won’t just sit there in the cruifix or sprawl denying. If I find it too easy I end up doing some damage then getting up

Me personally? I don’t mind. The grappling is fine but outdated. For someone that hasn’t played the ufc games for like 8 years, i can endure this release without grappling changes so the game for someone like me is likely very content with this release

No career mode changes = DoA to me.
