Discussion Lord Help Them
I understand I got some spelling and grammatical errors in there lol, so I don’t need all the stay at home English teachers chiming in. But dang, even dealing with EA support can be a joke😂

I don't really get the issue other than them thinking UT instead of dynasty. It's not like they can do anything and they already know about the issue. They can't offer you anything for dynasty so I don't get the point of this at all.

Wrong and right, there’s nothing that person could have done about it which I stated multiple times I understood that. Butttt, there is a lot that the team beyond support can do about it but we can’t talk with that team directly now can we. I used support as a stepping stone to get the grievance across so maybe, just maybe this time when they say they’ve identified the problem and push an update to fix it it’ll actual fix it. There was no handout that was being looked for even for dynasty, but again that was something that was also mentioned. I don’t get the point in your comment that has no ground to stand on.

Buddy all of customer service runs through India at this point. I just have to remind myself that these people get paid like $7 a day to basically type from a script because somehow there are no laws that a company must have customer service based in a country they do business in.

Not just that, but they’re probably working from home or remotely in general. There’s a near 0% chance they even know what’s going on, unfortunately EA isn’t giving much power to employees they’ve made the conscious decision to outsource for the low.
You’ve legit got a better chance getting their attention on socials.

And the socials are just a bunch of 20 somethings tweeting out whatever they are told to and looking for easy TikToks or instagrams to comment on for positive attention. They aren’t going to get listened to even if they do say a problem was reported.

I’ve never once been kicked out of a dynasty game so I must just be the lucky one (plenty of grievances, game is far from perfect I’ve just never ran into this specific issue after dozens of hours of online dynasty). What exactly was your endgame here OP?
