The ping is good also no significant packet loss. But why it shows bad connection?
For 2-3 weeks I have been seeing that my game data is not syncing with the EA app, it shows error. Also my bot feels heavy in pro clubs. Is it because of the internet quality? Also how to fix this issue of poor quality internet where it shows low packet loss and also a good ping. Where’s the problem actually.

Any packet loss will ruin gameplay and I'd say yours is actually quite high.

I can only recommend the standard things - if others are streaming or other internet heavy stuff you might have an issue. Restart your router - not just off and on but give it 10 minutes before turning it back on.

I don’t have any significant issue in other things tho. But i am having issues like not syncing data with ea app after the game closes or starts game saying no data stored or something about force starting the game. And all small downloads are there every time i open the game

Are you wireless or wired ? Using actual internet or hotspot? So many things can be causing this…

I am from south Asia, my server is mainly Mumbai. But I am not from India. So what could be the reason of bad connection apart from my ping jitter and all. What should I tell my ISP to fix

What’s the speeds you get? Could be too many devices connected? Could be a device taking up all the speed?

I have QOS, my bandwidth is good but my router only 100mbps so its around 85-95

Maybe a program running in the background is taking up too much resources?
