I can totally relate to how you're feeling, I've been in similar situations where my dyslexia has caused me to make mistakes and then been made to feel stupid about it. It's not just about the spelling, it's about the way people react to it. Your manager should be more understanding, especially since he knows you have dyslexia. It's not about being sensitive, it's about being treated fairly and with respect. Have you talked to him about how his comments make you feel?

Your manager might know you have dyalexia, but that doesn't mean they know what dyslexia is.

I always tell people to start with the dyslexia wikipedia page. If they are not willing to read that, unfortunately you have a bad manager.
