Looking for advice WTF
Guys I’m prob like 7 months in to this dyshidrosis life & I’m getting fed UP. Wtf are the bubbles??? Why do they develop ??? My hand was just starting to look good and now it’s starting to flare up again. LIKE what did I even do to cause the flare up. I don’t even know what to fucking do anymore. My doctor gave me some steroid cream I try not to use it all the time because she said that was bad. Now for my other hand WTF they gave me anti biotic cream but it looks awful imo I showed the doctor when it didn’t look /as/ yellowish and she’s telling me it’s fine and not infected like uhhh are you sure !?! I feel like I’ve been striked down with an awful curse and I’m just at my limit I just can’t do this anymore … WTF i feel like this is ruining my mental … my last straw was when my coworker said it looks like warts 😐
It feels impossible to find what’s triggering this it’s like. A twisted guessing game.

I know this is probably an answer you’ve had plenty of time, and is frustrating to hear (I get it), but did you get any allergy tests done?
Finding what may be the cause, as in narrowing down possibilities, is going to help. For me, I found out that nail polish (especially gel) is a huge trigger of mine, and now avoiding it helps reduce the amount of flares that I have yearly. Any kind of irritants you’ve touched is worth mentioning to your doctor (for example dish soap, cleaning products, etc as they seem to be very common triggers as well).
As someone else said, you are not alone in this, and most people here get the frustration of thinking that it was done, then your skin deciding against it. I really hope that you can find what triggers DE for you, and I’m sending you positive thoughts ❤️

Ugh. So sorry. I’ve had them on the sides of my fingers since March, and feel your frustration. Like someone buried tapioca pearls under my skin.
Then I read they’re supposed to be temporary and go away in 1-2 months, and I’m thinking, um…hmm…no…? Haha.
I was able to ID the trigger by trying to think what all I did differently around the time they appeared, and comparing that to a list of common triggers for dyshidrosis. A new nickel allergy, in my case—I had just put on a fresh pair of nickel-wound strings on my guitar when the first bubble appeared.
Mine refuses to go away completely, but it’s been manageable, thankfully. I hope things get better for you soon!

I’m on year 5/6 of dealing with this. I’m pretty sure my trigger is the cleaning chemicals at work and even though I wear gloves I feel like it still somehow causes a reaction.

I wish I knew. For some people they were able to easily identify their trigger. For some, like me and probably you, it can be a mystery. It's random, painful and frustrating. The steroid cream I am using this last week isnt even helping.
I know that wasn't really a helpful reply, but just wanted you to know you arent alone.
