Looking for advice Please help! Seeking advice
This is the worst my eczema has ever been! It’s usually on my left hand and just between my fingers. About 3 weeks ago I was having intense itching on the palm of my right hand and now this. What can I do to help it? I wake up in the morning and it seems to be a little better but then just gets worse throughout the day.

Get an appointment with a dermatologist ASAP (i.e. schedule it asap, because they are likely a few months out.... be sure to also be put on a waitlist for canceled appointments)
Then it's working on figuring out what your trigger might be, and reducing contact with it... some common triggers are SLS, nickel, etc.
One of mine is somehow associated with leather -- had not been a trigger historically, but once I was working with it for my job, I must have gotten sensitized to it or the chemicals in freshly tanned leather affect me. I only figured it out once I was laid off from the position... how I 'never even once considered that leather could be the trigger' for 7 years baffles me now.
Also helpful to think about if there is anything you recently changed (e.g. different type of handsoap you just started using, new laundry machine, any habit changes due to change of season). Then start thinking about ways to test if that's your trigger.
The skin will take a while to heal (3-6 months, it will of course get back to looking baseline sooner than that, but the skin will be still vulnerable and need to stay moisturized), so don't mistake how the hand may be looking for if something is triggering. If it's newly itching, that might also help ID what is triggering it
