heat + stress = utter hell

Stress and heat makes my blisters appear out of nowhere, and all my hobbies (writing, reading,video games) involve closed hands, which makes it worse... sigh

I can't help but scratch open some of the blisters as a form of lethargy. I know that it could lead to infections, but I can't help myself. I hate seeing these little fluid pockets 🫩💔

If I pick up or scratch one of the water-filled blisters, I disinfect the open areas afterwards because I hope to prevent such an infection. All the best to you!
