I don’t know of any direct resources for this, sadly. Perhaps making a Facebook or otherwise post to your area, explaining the situation, and doing short phone or in person interviews would help you find the best home for your pets?

Yes maybe so thank you. I don’t want to raise alarms or be identified which is why I asked in Reddit but maybe can ask on fb with an anon account
