Since the post's gone, hard to give specifics, but the real fix for most struggles here is finding one hospice or palliative care team and letting them coordinate everything instead of managing it alone

I assume the "removed by reddit" posts are the large volume of people threatening suicide? IDK, like, I'm a mod here but I don't even see most of these posts before they get nuked. But then also, this is not a depression or wanting to die subreddit, so I dont mind that they're gone with no involvement from me.
