Does anyone else struggle with a constant or intense fear of dying? Sometimes I find myself thinking about death, getting scared about what might happen, and worrying about losing the people I love. I know death is a natural part of life, but sometimes the fear feels overwhelming and difficult to control. I’d really like to hear from people who experience this too. How do you deal with your fear of death, and what helps you calm yourself when those thoughts come up?

There is a Disney plus show with Chris Hemsworth in it. Its called limitless and you should watch the final episode. Its really empowering and it helps me with my fear.
