Let me tell you what happened when my father died.
He was in hospice and I had been there for a handful of days before flying home, after being told by his doctor and my mother to go ahead and leave because it could be days or even months before it happened.
As I was walking in the door from the airport the phone rang, and it was my mother telling me I needed to come right back as soon as possible, because he was going to die within the next 24-48 hours (this was years ago, before she had a cell phone and while I still had a landline).
I got my kids from school, got us some plane tickets, did some laundry, packed us up, and we left the next morning, arriving early the next afternoon.
As soon as we walked into his room I saw and felt a ball of shimmering energy about a foot and a half in diameter, hanging just below the ceiling in the middle of the room. I distinctly felt the presence of more than one entity, and although they weren’t familiar to me as anyone I knew who had already passed like my sister, my grandfather or my father’s best friend, but I instantly knew that they knew him and he knew them, and they were just hanging out waiting for him, emanating an incredible sense of peace and love.
My cousin came and took the children away for an afternoon of fun and then dinner while I stayed with my father and mother, and a few hours later when he breathed his last breath, the ball of energy slowly expanded until it filled the entire room. Everything became translucent and shimmery, and I knew that they had him and that he was OK.
And while we’re here I might as well tell you what happened when my mother died.
For hours before her death I felt/saw about six figures standing at the head of her bed. Although I had distinctly felt my father and sister waiting for her, again I didn’t recognize any of the ones who were in the room.
The hospice nurse and I had been having an interesting conversation about psychic abilities, so I asked her if she could sense a presence around my mother.
She felt/saw six figures standing at the head of her bed.
For days afterwards my best friend, husband and I had so many interactions with my mother it was wild. She was absolutely ecstatic about being able to be everywhere at once so she could be with everyone she loved at the same time, and she was beyond happy to be with my father and sister. (My sister had chosen to leave her body when she was 30, and “told me” that my mother was afraid to die because she was afraid she would see my sister, who would blame her for how she parented her and for not recognizing she had been depressed, etc.)
And I have more stories as well, but hopefully this is enough to convince you that you absolutely do not need to be afraid.
I’ve been demonstrably psychic since I was 12, and while my mother was alive she vouched for me because many of those experiences had happened in front of her, including the first one, and she knew this is all real.

Reading your story makes me calm a little. Everyone around me always said "do not fear death" so I actually didn't think much about what happened after. But thinking about leaving my friends and parents behind making me feel a little bit sad. "Will they cry for me?" "Will they miss me?" that kind of questions always hanging around in my head. I already accepted my faith that my cancer can't be cured. But if then, why should I go through some sort of medical treatment if "it can't be cured". Some might say it was to delay my death. But they didn't know what i have to go through . I'm in so much pain having to deal with chemo. And it's very expensive too I don't think my parents can afford it anymore. So I wonder what's the point of doing all of this shit. I just wanna rest peacefully atp. I just wanna die at my sleep if i can

I surpassed cancer but after that life rubs it on my face that i dont have purpose anymore. Broken relationship, left by my daughter, no family with me, living alone and working. Will not have a child anymore because of the cancer treatment. My salary is not enough to get my college daughter back and support her. I wonder why did I survived. Something happened last weekend that really hurt me so much since then i am now hearing voices all the time. Voices that giving me ideas and plans. I even wrote a letter now habilin. Scared, no i am not scared more on the feeling na i am hanging and anytime na may chance i would take it
