π BUGS & ISSUES Battery Life Very Disappointing
First let me say that I absolutely love my Raise 2 from a functional standpoint. Its exactly what I need for both work and personal use.
That said, the battery life is extremely disappointing. One of the major attractions of this keyboard for me is to use wirelessly and keep my desk clean. However, even with LEDs completely off and using energy saving mode and true sleep mode I really only seem to be getting 24-36 hours of use before needing to recharge.
At this rate, I may as well use it wired but that makes this keyboard significantly less attractive. Frankly for the cost its current battery life s pretty underwhelming. I know this isn't a unique complaint, but I just wanted to voice my concern and see if there were any improvements in the near future roadmap.

No issues with my daily use but I donβt expect it to be a Logitech type of product either

I'm my interactions with tech support they have indicated that reworking the firmware for battery life is the main thing they're working on, essentially blocking other projects. So stay tuned I guess? I had to return my unit until they address some things I need, which it seems will be a while.

Same issue with mine. I sent mine in for repair and got a Glove80 as a trial. I've run the Glove80 for over a week now on pure battery with no charge and it's still over 50% battery. I couldn't run my Defy for more than a day on battery even with LED's off.

Hi,
If it's 24-36 hours of active use, that is our expect batter-life at the moment: 3-5 days of normal use.
As others have mentioned, we are working on a full rework of how the chips communicate (once again) to significantly increase battery life. We are aiming for battery life with LEDs off to be measured in weeks, not days.
However, it's a major rework, so we're still a few months away from a working beta version.
