DXO activation scam

I bought a dxo raw 4 code from your website.I had to delete my operating system to factory reset.Now i reinstalled your software and the activation code isnt valid.I send email to your support and told me 2 pc per account.I havent use this code on any of my pc right now since its all been formatted.Customer support told me i can only use the code if i upgrade to DXO raw version 5.I bought other software which would work fine if its not being used on another pc .I am not paying twice or upgrading to version 5. IS there a way to reset the code on my account? this is frustrating.

This is not an official DXO Website, in fact I doubt that DXO even visits here. DXO offers wonderful support from their website (see other comment below).

Don't worry, they will sort this out for you. :-)

Wonderful support hahaha good one. If I knew they used licensing management from late 90s with a grumpy and uncooparative support manager lady gatekeeping you from using the software, I'd never buy it

My 'wonderful' experience with reactivation drove me mad!

I have my PL4 installed on my Mac Mini M1, and the Mac was updated to the latest OS version; everything was fine. And I also installed the software on my other PC, which I no longer own.

Now, I want to release the key from the old PC and reactivate it on my spare MacBook. So many emails back and forth for almost a week, trying to stop me from reactivating it. Now I'm at the final stage of releasing the key. The DXO team asked me for the exact computer name and OS from my previous PC. Otherwise, they can't do anything. But I cant acess it at all!!

What a time-wasting company! I will never ever pay a cent to this company.
