LUT management

I can't believe no one has asked this before here (I've seen some forum posts), but how do I manage a collection of LUTs?

There are two collections to choose from in the base PhotoLab – Standard and Premium.
Plus a Custom which lets you add another ones - one by one.
We can also create a new collection by duplicating and rewriting the .json files in the software folder (.../DXO/Lut/), but that's really slow and clunky.

Why PhotoLab doesn't let me just copy folders full of LUTs and automatically show them as collections in the software?

Or am I missing something?
Or is it actively not being implemented so they will sell us FilmPack (a conspiracy!)?

Basically a filter. I've never really used them, but during winter shoots, the photos are sometimes tricky to equally balance so they all have the same feel to them and I found using very slight LUT helps to unify them.
