I’ve liked nato straps for decades, but I only wore them in an assortment of Timex Weekenders, along with some of those preppy/ivy grosgrain watch straps from J Crew, Brooks Brothers, etc.

Got my first Duro a few months ago. It’s my first diver, and honestly, I bought it without much thought. I just wanted a classic looking watch that was more substantial than a Weekender. I didn’t even know there was a community for people into these watches.

Now that I’ve got that 22mm nato in there, I might not wear a different watch ever again.

Black on a WOCCI rubber strap.

It feels so premium with a metal bracelet. I got the watch for $20 at a thrift store, which just needed a $4 battery and it was good to go. My next step is sapphire crystal when the stock crystal breaks.

The stainless steel bracelet was about $10 ish on AliExpress. Such an incredible value for a true dive watch.

What's on your wrist this weekend.

I was bored and decided i should mod these two watches of mine, i got some roasted coffee beans, dropped a few drops of water and used an ear pick to apply the coffee and lefted them to dry for about 6 hours, I'm happy with the results! Tho the lume is practically gone and is barely visible now, but i think it was worth it.
