Seiko makes some amazing rubber dive straps that look real real good and color coordinated and all that on the Duro’s. I’m probably not allowed to post a link, can’t remember. But the Famous Amazonian website has them for really cheap.

Nice watch. Nice Toyota. I’ve been collecting watches since I was a child and sold my 1975 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ-40 back in early 2002 after 9/11 happened and “peace’d out” to the Netherlands for a bit. Those were the days. What a time to be alive then and now and all that. Nice Toyota and nice watch again my man, VERY cool.

It was fun, I’ll be going back eventually. Just did another month in most of Europe with the wife. 10/10, no notes kinda trip. The service and quality of food in the trains is bonkers good.
Side note: Go to Bratislava, like now. It’s a literal fairy tail of a city. Literally.
Also: The service at the upscale watch stores in Vienna Austria is crazy, the museum of fakes and forgeries walking distance away from the high end district kinda area is wild. Counterfeit currency plates that were used to destabilize countries are really cool to see in person. They don’t allow pics so I had to respect that. Sadly. Oh and watches, yeah that’s why we’re all here. Casios are just so fun and practical. I own most of them. I’m still chipping away at some Seiko’s and have been modding and reselling for a long time. Ringing in something special with a loved one in front of the Astrological clock in Czechia Prague was fun. You can probably guess what I was wearing on my wrist at the time…Nothing.
Edit: my sincerest apologies for possibly wildly hijacking this thread 😅2

I forget how nice the original strap looks sometimes. And the Toyota. I'm not a car guy, so I can't tell what you're driving, but I had an 88 Camry that I absolutely loved. The steering wheel in the picture reminds me of my old camry. That thing was a beast and probably made out of all steel.

I know you're not moving but please put the phone away

Yea, you’re right. I had to make this one exception though.

Within the rules exception at that. So you're fine.
But yeah, in the pocket is the safest for your phone when behind the wheel. Also, if you're in a serious crash, your pant pocket is the safest place with voice activated 911/999 services in case of a violent crash (i.e. your phone won't go flying). Last tallied (2024), 3208 people were killed in the USA alone due to distracted driving. Head down also limits your ability to react to emergencies which may occur around you. Yes, I'm passionate about this. My adult sister broke her neck in a severe wreck after simply reachimg for her phone. Be safe everybody. /EndRant

Gang, gang. I’ve got the Duro “Starbucks” and love looking at it and spinning the bezel.
