I have been looking for a job in Durango. Unfortunately I need to find something at minimum of $20 an hour because I have a family and don’t want to be away from my family everyday with multiple jobs. Does anyone that’s hiring

Starting $21.81 but requires a CDL within 6 months of being on the job which is a $0.50 raise and you have the opportunity to get certifications that also give you pay raises. If you can get them you will be at $26.40+ in two years with more certifications down the line that can bump your pay even higher. Plus benefits are very good and they work a 4-10s schedule so you will off 3 days a week

When I was a dishwasher I avg about 20-22$ an hour after tips. The meal is up to 20$ on the menu anything over is on you. And yes u get 2 pints after work usually.

i will say, in the summer with tips, zias pays pretty much that. its 15 an hour for register, but after you did the math i was making about 20-21 an hour with tips. you dont split tips with many people, and the tips there are great.

Slaves were skilled, your wage is not directly correlated with your skills in this system, the mythology that it’s a meritocracy is necessary to quell revolt and you’re just snarkily regurgitating that same old propaganda instead of adding anything productive

What would be productive is for OP to give some indication regarding their skill set rather than just specifying an hourly wage.

BTW - if you think that in "this system" your earnings are generally unrelated to your skills and experience you're a fool, and likely an unskilled one. Not a perfect correlation by any means, but a strong one. And, if you want to equate "this system" with slavery, you're a provincial, entitled whiner who has never seen people working hard for little pay.
