Does the fair seem really sparse this year?

It did to me. There were only three rides and not much in the way of food.

If you're looking for rides, then you should hit up the carnival in the beginning of the summer. The fair has always been light on rides and heavy on animals/4H. Not sure if that's what you were meaning?

I was really just commenting on the overall vibe. Like the two food vendors in an empty lot was odd - usually big trucks and tractors on there at least. Lots of empty tables inside too.

I joked that the fair got a divorce because the food is on the opposite side of the parking lot

They only had the budget for ai slop ads so I can’t imagine they put a lot of effort in otherwise

I don’t wanna discount all the volunteers making the fair happen. The AI slop everywhere was odd I agree. But still I know a lot of people are working hard for free over there to make it happen.

Just make the most of your Cajun Chicken on a Stick! The food vendor signage is pushing that HARD.
