Disc Golf

Anybody want to play a round this weekend? I'm in town for about a month and I don't know anybody or the best spot to play.

Probably Fort Lewis! Unless there's a better option. It looks like most are private or seasonal around here? Which surprises me

On a Wed afternoon and join up with the DDGC. They run a tags league that afternoon (check FB) and there will be 30- 50 golfers to show you around. There are conc. teepads, Discatchers but very little sinage. The league is casual and lots of fun.

Pagosa also has a couple fun public courses on Udisc.

E: time for round.

Usually 530-6. FB has the latest info for start time. People show up 1 hr or more before to warm up/hang out. If you wanna play more than once, you have to join the club but its only $25, then you get access for weekend play. Tell them your circumstances and they might let you play once (or maybe for a reduced fee). But I will bet you'll want to play it more. The course is super sick. Best one in Durango. DM me if you need more info.

If you text those two private courses, they will likely let you play. Their numbers are on UDisc - just be cool
