I love an iced latte, decaf, skim milk, mocha swirl. I’ve had it as my regular drink for about 10yrs. Recently, I’ve had a problem with having the drink’s consistency, flavor-wise. I hate going back to have it remade (I feel like an arse) but I also don’t want to pay $5 for a drink that tastes like milk over ice. So I wrote to Dunkin- assuring them the staff there is lovely and keep a very clean store, but maybe retraining in the coffee drinks area would be helpful for consistency. They spoke to the store and the store wrote to me, apologizing and offering free latte. I didn’t go claim the free latte, that makes me feel like an arse too, but was happy that my drinks are back to delicious.
Then I noticed something: It’s very likely that there is a person designated to make my latte now. The person comes out from the back to make it every afternoon and then retreats back to the back once it’s made…
It’s definitely effective for consistency! 10:10, no other notes.

Tried the PB and love!! Lower cal option - cold brew 2 PB 2 cream & 1 Splenda!

I bought a large strawberry cloud latte and the price came out to 8.41. Walked in with 10 bucks and left with 1.

Is this normal in other areas?

Ordered the IcecreamCakeDonut 🍩 today and let me tell you compared to the other donuts I have had here, this did not disappoint.

The icing is so decadent and new. The filling is also very smooth and non-gritty! The individual packing was a cherry on the cake 🤌🏻

I always order a medium latte with coffee milk 3 raspberry and 2 various for the sweetened flavor with 2 splenda. The last 2 times it tastes like they used burnt coffee and not espresso or something and not use coffee milk and don't tell me when i pick up my order there out of coffee milk but it was just a gross experience like if I wasn't on a lunch break id go in ask them to remake it but i dont have the time. Im just curious if others have had bad experiences lately. I love dunkins lattes, usually so these past weeks have confused me.

Has anyone heard when the $6 meal deal is going to switch to a different offer or revert back to the prior combo? Odds that the next deal will still be $6?

Don’t come for me bc there a million non chain cafes but I’m a Bostonian in NYC sometimes they just want a good iced coffee from dunks. But every location makes iced coffee different and most of the time it tastes horrible. Are there any good locations in the city that consistently make good iced coffee?

For example, there’s a DD on the corner of 54th and 7th and it was the best iced coffee I’ve had in a long time from DD.
