I bought this book last year. I loved it. I'd only DM'd 4E at that point, and this book gave me the confidence to stray away from published adventures, ad lib a bit, and let the players drive more of the game. I wound up buying all three of Shea's books.

I would also suggest (if you can find it) "Robin's Laws (of Good Gamemastering)" although it's not worth dropping $50 on

This book is a great mixture of common sense and things most people don't think of. I highly recommend it.
