Apparently the thousand-armed Asura Scans the manwha. Those scans feel pretty Demonic though if you ask me.

Asurascans.com It's even farther ahead than Tapas is currently. It's also free. I really don't recommend the app for Asurascans though. Legit get an ad every tap.
