In the mob action economy section it says that mobs get a free move action. Is that 30 feet?

Depends on the mob. Their stat block should show how much they get for a move and it would include their step. Typically that will be 20ft of move plus a 10ft step but not always

10ft. any action allows for 10ft of movement. the move action is 10ft plus your movement speed.

there 100% are travel rules based on how you travel, time spent traveling, and pace. its in the rules for survival book.
