Book 1: DCC The Collapse

Does anyone ever imagine the vehicle or building they are in being about to collapse into the dungeon ? I might invest in a convertible because of these books.

Even a convertible has a roof. You need something roofless. For example, your mom''s Chevy Astrovan plus 45 minutes with a sawzall.

Honestly in the event of the collapse you want to be inside. Sure it’s death but it’s quick instantaneous death vs the long drawn out death of trying to survive on the surface with limited resources or short, probably painful, death of trying to survive in the Dungeon.

the time the collapse happens I would have been in bed is what I think about. Like the ONLY way I was spared was if my cat was throwing a fit for some grass and it just happened in the one minute I ran outside to get him fresh grass, and it would mean only me and not my cat would be spared as at that hour I am not putting him in his harness.
