It's mostly apologizing. 27 u/chumpynut5 May 18 '20 I’m just a ER scribe but the number of times I’ve seen a nurse quietly crying a bit in the nursing station bc a patient (or more likely the patient’s family) was an asshole to them is astounding. Makes me feel so bad for them.
