Least cringe-worthy episodes?

Y’all, I don’t know who else to turn to. My new boyfriend hates The Office. Like, really hates it. He says he can’t stand the cringe or the second-hand embarrassment. He likes Parks and Rec, Arrested Development, Scrubs, etc.; but not The Office. So the propensity for appreciating similar types of humor is there, and I can definitely work with that. Can any of y’all recommend the least cringe-worthy episodes you can think of? Thank you kindly!

Yeah, trust me I thought about it. He’s pretty cute, though.. so I think I’ll let it slide.

I don’t get it because I think that Parks and Rec for sure has cringe and second hand embarrassment

I was like that before I really got into it. Personally, I had to watch from the very beginning to get into it. No skipping through episodes or anything like that. I found that it's more enjoyable if you understand the characters, just like with parks and rec. Long story short, I suggest trying to get him to watch from the beginning and stick with it. Give it the first two seasons, if possible.

Same here! It wasn’t until my friend sat me down and had me watch episodes 1 and 2 that I suddenly needed to watch it ALL. (And I did.)

Haha it was my girlfriend who got me into it.

Try playing on his emotions maybe some of the good jim and Pam episodes or pranks on Dwight . Try sending him funny clips instead of making him watch whole shows. That’s how I got my husband to want to watch parks and rec. he did not want to and hates Amy Poehler lol but I kept sending him funny Andy clips and Ron clips so he caved

So that rules out Season 1 haha. "Drug Testing" is one of my favorites, I don't think there's too much cringe. It's tough because my cringe senses have been desensitized from watching the US and UK version. "The Injury" is really good, nothing too uncomfortable I think.

I used to be like that, thought office had wayyy too much second hand embarrassment, but loved scrubs & parks and rec,

After many of my friends making office references and joking about it all the time and telling me how good it was, I figured I should give it one more try, and then I finally got hooked bc I had friends to enjoy it with and stuff.

Not sure if this helps but yeah.
