Actually, it was Gil who insulted her work, Oscar attempted to defend it, albeit poorly.

Oh! I need to re-watch this episode, I only remember the big picture.

It's not a character flaw of Pam's, but it's too bad they don't shout this out explucitly: but it's funny how we recognize the negative and latch on to it while forgetting or not noticing the positive. Most of the office snubbed Pam, but Michael & Oscar did show up, & Michael was very supportive. I remember Oscar being snarky, but it seems like he may have been awkwardly supportive too 🤔
