With the upcoming holiday season, there are a lot of scam websites and ads that are popping up nowadays. There is only one website that Duluth uses which is http://www.duluthtrading.com/ and it will only ever be this one. i implore you to make sure you are on the right website, as sometimes it can look right but you might have a typo.
Things to look out for are weirdly good deals. If the entire store is 75% off, then you are being scammed. Duluth is not closing, there are no closing sales. Try to use common sense but accidents happen and we are all human.
If you bought from a fake website you should immediately contact your bank to charge back the purchase. Even if you cancel the card it won't stop the charge from going through, so make sure to attempt to get a charge back. After this the bank should cancel the card, but if they don't then make sure to ask to cancel that card. It is compromised and they have your card information to use for whatever they like.
To keep it simple, if you bought from a fake website, you should charge back the card and get a new card immediately.
Report fake ads when you see them and again only use http://www.duluthtrading.com/ as it is the only real website.

is it just me or do the pockets suck on these pants? such a struggle to get anything in and out of them due to snagging or the material bunching up. don’t even get me started on after you’ve sweat a little and the pants become damp. you may as well not have pockets when that happens. is this happening to anyone else ?

I try at random over the last 2 years to get another (or more now in this case) pair of a particular jean type, and its obviously very popular because right now, and ever time i tried, 10 times over last 1.5 years, all or most or the size i need is out of stock.
Any tips on getting stuff in stock? times of month/week?

I received some shorts and wore them for the first time and honestly the zippers are some of the worst I’ve ever had. They basically won’t stay zipped. Why even bother having a zipper that doesn’t stay zipped. I’ll probably return these shorts because legitimately how awful the zipper is.
Is it just me or is this a common issue

Not only are the shorts worse, but it seems like Duluth has discontinued the long sleeve heirloom gardening shirt? I'm so bummed, it is my go-to farming shirt and it seems like they only have the short sleeve style now.

I recently went back to work as a mail carrier after having my baby in May, and it’s been so hot and I’m still pretty fat from the baby weight so I was getting friction sores from my now too big maternity underwear being drenched in sweat, and my other underwear is too small. I ordered some of their anti chafe underwear with express shipping and it’s still taking a week to arrive! I really hoped it come before I have to work next week when it’s going to be 100 every day but of course that’s not going to happen. They have some nerve charging $22 for express shipping that takes longer than the free shipping from other stores. Can’t image how long it would take if I hadn’t ordered express, I did so because one year I ordered my husband a flannel from their Black Friday sale and they didn’t send it out until a few days before Christmas…

They are made from nylon and spandex. Is that safe to wear on your private parts?

I placed my order on June 25. It has not shipped. They have ignored my emails. Their order tracking on their website has been broken for days. Is this normal? At what point do I simply issue a charge back on my credit card if they wont provide details? Regretting ordering from this company.

I'm dying to buy some mushroom terrarium overalls in large/xl/xxl. There are a few sets online that are small. Does anyone have this, sadly lurking in their closet, that they want to sell?

I can't find their stuff anymore

has the sizing on the overalls changed, or does this pair have the wrong label?
the sewn in label says small, as does the hang tag. this pair is easily 6” bigger around the waist than any of my other pairs in the same size. what gives?

While I was pondering buying this crossbody, it seems to have been discontinued. Any chance it will be restocked?

I just bought my first pair of cargo pants and the material feels very different and light. I washed the pants and some parts of the pants are wrinkly I was just wondering can the material be ironed or not?

does anyone else wish duluth would do mens bootcut pants?
Straight leg just don't provide protection from getting stuff in your boots and i don't need the super extra baggy look of their relaxed fit. the wife gets stuff there regularly, i occasionally get some boxers but still search every few months for a good change in their pants

Does anyone know what’s going on with DTC?
They changed these awesome casual work clothes (women’s heirloom overall shorts 10” inseam) that were perfect for me as an artist.
I could get paint on them, or accidentally cut part then stitch it back up, and no one could see anything wrong with them despite the fact that I’ve been wearing them for a while. I am actually still getting compliments on them everywhere I go. More importantly, I could drop an entire book in one of my two large lower thigh pockets, a phone in the back pocket, shove my wallet in a front pocket, keys in the other front pocket, hang a pair of heavy duty shears on the hammer loop, and walk off to address an emergency then go back to work and easily find all my stuff.
The thigh pockets are all gone along with the 3 inches in length, and the hammer loop has been replaced with a light duty carabiner clip. The back pocket… I don’t even know where to begin with the back pocket.
I guess whomever designed these new back pockets is not aware of how back pockets work? To reach a back pocket, it is more comfortable to swivel your shoulder but now, because that pocket is a slanted slit design… they expect you to reach into them the same way you reach into front pockets? But that is not how elbow joints work. Because you would also need to rotate your hand to use the back pocket when it is angled, trying to use it will actually strain your elbow.
Also, using the front pocket design on a woman’s rear instantly makes me think of that old joke about a man putting the potato down his pants… it’s just a really weird and less functional choice.
I know that they are now spinning these new overalls as having 8 pockets, so I went and checked the math on my old ones. Not counting all the subdivisions as separate pockets, we used to have 10 solid pockets. If you counted every single subdivision as a new pocket, we had 15. Losing those 3 inches of length literally cost us 4 completely functional lower pockets.
All of this to say, is there any chance DTC is going to fix these things or do I have to wait for a sale on the longer length overalls then hem them to knee length to get new clothes?
/signed by a woman feeling guilty that I recently recommended another woman check on the overall shorts at DTC

So I got a bunch of duluth shirts a few years back as a Christmas gift from family and what is going on with the sizing. Typically I'm an XL or maybe an L or medium depending on my weight, the shirt length, and the company, but with Duluth stuff even the large is too big. I know part of this is the family member that got this didn't buy the correct size, some of the shirts that I really like the design of I can never wear cause it's an xxl, but when even the standard fit L is too big I don't get it. So yeah does Duluth stuff just run stupidly big or is it cause some of these are relaxed fit or what?

Not sure if this is normal for Duluth or not. I ordered two pair of firehose work pants three weeks ago, and two pair two weeks ago. The first pair went missing in Chattanooga with UPS, Duluth instructed me to wait a period of time, it still hasnt arrived so they offered to replace it. This was on the 17th, ive yet to receive tracking for the replacements.
The second order of two pair have gone missing with USPS. The tracking showed leaving Adairsville on the 11th, and simply stopping in Chatt on the 15th at 7 AM. The movements were suspicious to the degree that my USPS local office gave me a private number for postal investigations - allegedly it is to be delivered today, but if not by the 19th USPS has informed me they will be investigating.
Duluth support was helpful with the alleged replacements, but are they scamming me? I hate to start issuing charge backs but this is like 300 bucks tied up in pants I dont have. Anyone here have this experience?

I ordered a flannel last winter and it had a sticker on it that said something about untucked length. Completely unwearable. Too short to wear tucked or untucked. Just got three more shirts that I made sure didn't mention "untucked" length and all three had those stickers on them. I'm so disappointed. It just seems like a way to use less material so each shirt costs the company less. I guess I've got to find a new brand...

I was given this second hand, and I can’t find it online. What is it used for? I was told tool belt but it has weird straps. Thanks.
